Pillsbury™ Frozen Pie Dough Rounds are cut into strips, then sprinkled with herbs and Parmesan cheese. A simple, flaky cracker for a snack, appetizer or side.

Yellow cornmeal

Parmesan cheese, grated
1 oz
1/4 cup
Basil leaves, dried
1/4 cup
Oregano leaves, dried
2 Tbsp
Black pepper, ground
2 Tbsp
Kosher salt
1 Tbsp
Garlic powder
1 Tbsp
Prep
  1. Thaw pie dough, covered, at room temp. 15-30 minutes until flexible or refrigerate overnight.
Assembly
  1. Add cornmeal, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, pepper, salt and garlic powder to small mixing bowl; stir to combine.
  2. Sprinkle approx. 1 Tbsp (0.3 oz) seasoning mixture on sticky side of each pie dough round.
  3. Roll out dough as thinly as possible without tearing; cut into 6 strips.
  4. Arrange crackers on parchment-lined, or lightly greased sheet pan.
  5. Bake as directed below until lightly browned; serve at room temperature.
