Cheesy Tomato Chicken Biscuit Bowl

Chicken and spaghetti sauce, topped with cheese, bake in a biscuit bowl in an fun individual entrée.

Mozzarella cheese, light, shredded

  1. Place thawed biscuits (5x3) on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  2. Press smooth side of 1/4 cup measuring cup firmly into the center of each biscuit to create a bowl-like nest indentation.
  3. Place approx. 1.5 oz (1/4 cup) of chicken into the center of each biscuit nest; drizzle 1 Tbsp of sauce over chicken.
  4. Bake according to directions below and sprinkle on 0.5 oz (2 Tbsp) of cheese immediately after removing from the oven.
