Pretzel sticks, broken

Syrup Mixture
INGREDIENT

Light corn syrup

Granulated sugar
1 lb 8.00 oz

Peanut butter, creamy
3 lb
5 1/4 cups
Spray large mixing bowl with cooking spray; add both cereals and pretzel sticks then set aside.
Heat corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter in heavy-bottom large saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and is smooth.
Remove from heat; pour mixture over cereal and mix well to coat.
Press mixture into greased full sheet pan. (Place a piece of parchment paper on top of mixture, and press with a rolling pin to assist.)
Cool to room temperature approx. 1 hour before portioning.
