Crust
  1. Place cookie dough puck on parchment-lined sheet pan; add up to 8 per pan if desired.
  2. Thaw, then press pucks to flatten into 4 1/20inch circles.
  3. Bake as directed and set aside to cool.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 3 minutes of baking.
Assembly
  1. Spread #40 scoop (4 tsp) of pureed pumpkin evenly on crust.
  2. Add #30 scoop (2 Tbsp) apple pie filling and spread.
  3. Drizzle with 1/2 tsp caramel sauce to garnish; refrigerate until serving.
