  1. Place coconut on full sheet pan, and toast in 350°F oven 3-5 minutes
  2. Stir coconut on sheet pan, and toast another 1-3 minutes until evenly golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Heat butter and 4 lb marshmallows in heavy-bottom 14-quart saucepan over medium heat until marshmallows have melted and mixture is smooth, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes.
  5. Spray large mixing bowl with cooking spray; add toasted coconut, cereal, 1 lb marshmallows and toffee pieces.
  6. Add melted marshmallow mixture to cereal mixture and mix well to coat.
  7. Press mixture evenly into greased full sheet pan (place a piece of parchment paper on top of mixture and press with rolling pin to assist).
Finishing
  1. Heat icing in microwave or over a water bath until free flowing.
  2. Drizzle over bars and allow to cool before portioning.
