Place peaches and Matcha tea powder into blender or food processor; blend until peaches are pureed.
Scrape down the sides of the blender and add yogurt. Blend until well combined.
Portion approx. 4 oz smoothie (#8 scoop) into 6 oz cups; hold under refrigeration until service.
Add ice for a thinner smoothie. For a thicker smoothie, add 3 1/2 Tbsp (1 oz) of chia or flax seeds with step one of blending.
For a twist, add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of ginger or 1/8 to 1/4 tsp of cayenne or turmeric.
