  1. Spray large mixing bowl with cooking spray.
  2. Add cereal and 8 oz marshmallows to mixing bowl. Set aside.
  3. Heat butter, 3 lb marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla in heavy-bottom large saucepan over medium heat until melted and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal mixture, and mix well to coat.
  5. Press mixture into greased full sheet pan. Note: Place a piece of parchment paper on top of mixture, and press with rolling pin to assist.
  6. Cool at room temperature approximately 1 hour before portioning.
